Status and stability

Every guide on this site is draft or experimental. Canonical URLs are provisional and may change without a deprecation period. Do not build tooling that assumes a canonical here is durable.

FHIR version

All guides target HL7 FHIR R4 (opens in a new tab) (4.0.1) unless a guide states otherwise on its own home page.

Packages

Each guide publishes a FHIR package as package.tgz in its own folder. These are private packages and are not listed in the public FHIR package registry.
